STAGE 1 - ASSESSMENT
With our initial telephone conversation, we get a clear understanding of exactly what you are hoping to achieve, your timescale and your budget. We can then talk you through and recommend on exactly how we can help you.
STAGE 2 - SITE VISIT
Following our initial telephone conversation, we will arrange to meet you at our property. We then complete a full inspection of your property, providing you with ideas and solutions. Our initial 30 minute consultation is free of charge.
STAGE 3 - PLAN
With your budget in mind, we prioritise and advise you on the best spend of your money. We provide you with one detailed budget estimate which includes labour and materials and details on ‘allowances’ for selected products and finishes.
Considering the various options, we then agree any changes to the original specification and on ‘allowances’ for selected products and finishes. Our service is formalised through our own bespoke contract, designed to protect both parties. At this stage, a deposit will secure the agreed commencement date.
STAGE 4 - THE WORK
Our professional team strive to deliver the highest quality of workmanship and customer service. We work to your schedule with minimum disruption. Throughout the entire process you will have one point of contact, keeping you fully informed. Whether it is paint colours, floor, window finishes or soft furnishings our team will guide you every step of the way.
On completion, we carry out a full walk-through to ensure you are fully satisfied. At Placelift, our reputation is very important to us and we love to go that ‘extra mile’ for our clients. We guarantee to address and resolve any issues that may arise up to 12 months after completion.
