The one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Dublin city had been vacant for a long period. The landlord wanted to bring this up to a very high standard in order to achieve the best rental income possible. We replaced the flooring throughout with a warm timber flooring and some bright tiling. A new modern kitchen and bathroom added real value. Taking great care, we selected suitable lighting, window finishes, colour palette and custom built carpentry.
