Project Description: Reconfiguation & Refresh

This large dormer bungalow had been rented for a long period of time while the homeowners lived and worked abroad. Moving back to Bray, this family were effectiving downsizing with grown up children, so they needed their home to work better for them in terms of layout and function. The interior was fairly worn and jaded and needed a complete refresh and lack of adequate storage was an issue.

We completed a redesign in the kitchen and utility, blocking up one set of double doors to the sunroom. We incorporated additional roof lights into the sunroom. We upgraded all bedrooms and bathrooms. We introduced a large storage wall into the hall and media with storage into their sunroom. We carefully selected a stunning contemporary colour scheme throughout and introduced bespoke window finishes. Finally, we upgraded their large outdoor living space with a new composite decking and exterior lighting.
