When our clients bought this home, they knew it would need a complete transformation. Their goal was not only to renovate but also to future-proof the property with a smart ground-floor extension.

We started by creating a tailored design and layout, carefully considering their lifestyle and making sure as many items from their wish list as possible were included.

The result was a beautiful single-storey rear extension that opened up into a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area—the heart of the home. A practical utility room and guest W.C. were added just off this space, while clever storage solutions were integrated throughout to support the ease of modern living.

To bring everything up to today’s standards, we carried out a full rewire and replumb, upgraded the insulation, and fitted brand-new windows and doors.

For the finishing touches, herringbone hardwood floors and sleek black internal doors were introduced, creating a bold and elegant statement as soon as you step inside this stunning contemporary home.
