This bungalow was ready for a full refresh — the layout just wasn’t working for a growing family. The kitchen felt cramped, natural light was blocked by a dated rear extension, and working from home meant squeezing into the kitchen or even a child’s bedroom. To make things trickier, the house only had one oversized bathroom that didn’t suit the scale of the home.

By cleverly reconfiguring the existing footprint and incorporating the garage, we avoided the need for an extension. The result is a bright, modern family home with smart storage and functional spaces designed to work beautifully for this family now and in the future.
