Our customers purchased their new home which was a jaded and worn bungalow. They wanted their new home to best suit their specific lifestyle requirements, so this meant that the existing bungalow needed to be strip backed and reconfigured. A new single storey extension was required to give them a large extensive open plan kitchen, dining and living space. With new roof windows, a slit window and large rear slider, this bungalow was flooded with natural light. While still maintaing two bedrooms, we incorporated a new en-suite in the master bedroom. We also created a new home office, family bathroom and utility within the existing footprint. We ensured ample storage space, with built in wardrobes and hot-press. We installed the perfect out door living space with a limestone paved patio just off the new slider from their dining area.

This included a re-plumb and re-wire along with the installation of new roof windows, slit window and and rear slider. New kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and new chimney breast with electric fire. Included an outdoor paved patio.
