Project Description: Refurbishment & Refresh

With this ground floor apartment our brief was to upgrade the entire footprint to prepare it for a first time let. This apartment had very little work done to it over the years and aswell as that a recent leak from the apartment above had caused extensive damage to the kitchen ceiling, floors and entrance porch. Our customer wanted to elevate this apartment and add value. We installed a new kitchen with quartz worktops and maximised space where possible. We re-configured the main bathroom to replace the existing bath with a new walk in shower. The radiators were upgraded and we replaced the rear door. We then introduced a modern bright colour scheme, paying attention to the lighting througout.
